Julian Date

Julian dates are 3 digit and apply to the days of the year. As an example the 1st January is 001 and the 1st June is 152. Julian dates are typically used on fresh produce instead of sell by dates. The number on the pack allows you to check how old the goods are and also helps with stock rotation. Click HERE to download a Julian calendar.
